Plus complexe encore que l\u2019intelligence individuelle, l\u2019intelligence collective nous entra\u00eene dans une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 polymorphe. Ce livre s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toutes les personnes soucieuses de constituer un groupe soud\u00e9 autour d\u2019un objectif commun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons tous pu remarquer que d\u2019un groupe \u00e0 l\u2019autre, nous changions notre comportement. Qui n\u2019a pas constat\u00e9 que son conjoint changeait compl\u00e8tement lorsqu\u2019il retournait dans sa famille, comme s\u2019il reprenait une place bien d\u00e9finie au sein de la fratrie ? Face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du quotidien, les auteurs tentent avec intelligence (c\u2019est le moins que l\u2019on puisse dire !) de comprendre\u00a0 les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes psychologiques qui sous tendent les comportements collectifs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Comment naviguer au mieux dans un monde en perp\u00e9tuel mouvement ?<\/strong> Qu\u2019est-ce qui pousse des individus \u00e0 s\u2019unir pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des contraintes externes ? Comment des groupes s\u2019organisent-ils pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions et les mettre en \u0153uvre ? Y aurait-il des intelligences collectives plus performantes que d\u2019autres ? Pourquoi dans les p\u00e9riodes de changement, certains groupes sont vou\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec alors que d\u2019autres savent tirer leur \u00e9pingle du jeu ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pour r\u00e9pondre concr\u00e8tement \u00e0 ces questions, les auteurs proposent 7 cl\u00e9s pour r\u00e9ussir en groupe dans une p\u00e9riode aussi incertaine que celle dans laquelle nous vivons.<\/strong> L\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 mobiliser les individus autour d\u2019un but commun pour faire face \u00e0 un monde de plus en plus individualiste, lib\u00e9ral et globalis\u00e9. De nombreuses cartographies de l\u2019intelligence collective sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es pour mieux nous aider \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences disponibles au sein d\u2019un groupe selon les Talents repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les lecteurs qui ne seraient pas encore initi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Intelligence Prismatique (il y en a encore ?),<strong> le livre reprend les bases de la typologie des 16 Talents en premi\u00e8re partie de l\u2019ouvrage.<\/strong> Le dernier chapitre contient des fiches synth\u00e9tiques d\u00e9crivant le mode de fonctionnement de chaque Talent dans son rapport avec l\u2019intelligence collective.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Les auteurs nous invitent \u00e0 suivre deux entreprises, Flexitech et Formalia, dans leur cheminement vers une n\u00e9cessaire adaptation \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie en pleine transformation.<\/strong> La premi\u00e8re entreprise, issue du monde du num\u00e9rique, a besoin de plus se structurer pour progresser et gagner en rentabilit\u00e9. La seconde entreprise, issue du monde de l&#8217;industrie, a besoin de revoir compl\u00e8tement sa strat\u00e9gie pour faire face \u00e0 la concurrence asiatique. Le livre fourmille d\u2019exemples et de conseils qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien s\u00fbr appliqu\u00e9s, avec succ\u00e8s, \u00e0 ces deux entreprises par les \u00e9quipes d\u2019Executive Profiler, organisme de conseil et de formation dans lequel exercent nos deux auteurs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P<strong>armi les 7 cl\u00e9s, celle de notre rapport entre libert\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 m\u2019a beaucoup frapp\u00e9e. Bien s\u00fbr nous aimerions avoir les deux !<\/strong> Mais cela s\u2019av\u00e8re souvent bien difficile. Pour savoir ce qui prime pour vous entre libert\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9, conna\u00eetre votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour une organisation flexible ou formelle est fondamental. <strong>Les Talents flexibles priorisent la libert\u00e9 sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong> Plus enclins \u00e0 accepter les changements de contextes, ils accordent \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 individuelle une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante dans leur choix de vie professionnelle et personnelle. <strong>A l\u2019inverse, les Talents formels sont plus soucieux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong> Ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 remettre en cause leur libert\u00e9 personnelle pour chercher la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein du collectif. On comprend mieux pourquoi certaines personnes ont le poil qui s\u2019h\u00e9risse face aux protocoles et r\u00e8glements de tout genre, alors que d\u2019autres accordent une \u00e9nergie toujours plus importante \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des r\u00e8gles et \u00e0 les faire respecter aux autres. Moi je sais d\u00e9j\u00e0 o\u00f9 je me situe. Et vous ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Autre cl\u00e9 int\u00e9ressante, celle de la gouvernance. Les auteurs parlent de gouvernance inclusive et de gouvernance exclusive.<\/strong> Ici encore les Talents se partagent entre le mode flexible qui privil\u00e9gient une gouvernance inclusive, impliquant tous les acteurs du groupe, et le mode formel qui privil\u00e9gient une gouvernance exclusive, centr\u00e9e sur une \u00e9lite. On aura compris que pour mettre en place une gouvernance inclusive il faut des acteurs particuli\u00e8rement autonomes et bien inform\u00e9s.\u00a0 Pour une gouvernance exclusive, le niveau de comp\u00e9tence de l\u2019\u00e9lite et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se remettre en cause, est essentiel. Les deux ont leur risque : le chao pour la premi\u00e8re,\u00a0 la dictature pour la seconde. Mais alors qu\u2019est-ce qui est le mieux ? Et bien tout d\u00e9pend \u00e0 quel niveau du cycle de l\u2019\u00e9volution le collectif se situe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Point d\u2019orgue du livre, le cycle de l&#8217;\u00e9volution est, je l&#8217;avoue, une trouvaille m\u00e9thodologique.<\/strong> Plut\u00f4t que de concevoir l&#8217;\u00e9volution comme une ligne droite, les auteurs voient le progr\u00e8s comme une boucle qui se r\u00e9p\u00e8te \u00e0 l\u2019infini. Une fois encore c\u2019est le partage entre le monde flexible et le monde formel qui est la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Le cycle se partage entre une p\u00e9riode flexible qui d\u00e9marre par la rupture avec l\u2019existant et se poursuit par une \u00e9tape de transformation, pour aller vers une p\u00e9riode formelle elle-m\u00eame divis\u00e9e entre une \u00e9tape collaborative et une \u00e9tape normative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce qui est clair c\u2019est que trop de normalisation entra\u00eene in\u00e9vitablement le collectif vers la rupture.
