Cette approche de la personnalit\u00e9 est simple \u00e0 comprendre pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire. Elle appuie en m\u00eame temps une aide pr\u00e9cieuse pour le praticien.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Ce diagnostic m\u2019aide \u00e0 adapter mon discours en fonction des r\u00e9sultats de la personne qui est face \u00e0 moi. Cela me permet de savoir choisir les bons mots pour l\u2019accompagner. Au niveau des groupes, je sais \u00e0 l\u2019avance sur quel point de d\u00e9veloppement collectif je dois orienter mon accompagnement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>S\u2019ajoutant \u00e0 cela, cette m\u00e9thode permet de prouver ce qu\u2019on dit au client. Les r\u00e9sultats sont prouvables et mesurables. Et plus important encore, on arrive \u00e0 d\u00e9coder en fonction des r\u00e9sultats des choses non-dites par le client.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>L\u2019encadrement de Magali et William Norrito et la formation continuelle s\u00e9curisent nos pratiques et \u00e9largissent notre champ d\u2019action. Cette intervention s\u2019est faite sans Executive Profiler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>La deuxi\u00e8me intervention \u00e9tait avec le service de Communication de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale. Le but \u00e9tait, dans un premier temps, de d\u00e9terminer le Talent psychologique de chacun avec 30 minutes de feedback individuel. Ensuite, nous avons organis\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e d\u2019animation pour voir les forces et faiblesses de chaque membre, tout en faisant un focus sur les prismes, fonctions et attitudes. Nous avons \u00e9galement observ\u00e9 dans quelles situations les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires mobilisent leur talent individuel dans un collectif, sous et hors pression.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Et enfin, pour cette derni\u00e8re intervention, nous avions les m\u00eames objectifs que la deuxi\u00e8me fois, mais avec un enjeu suppl\u00e9mentaire : l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de trois nouveaux managers. Il fallait aligner la nouvelle vision de travail des managers avec les habitudes de travail du collectif d\u00e9j\u00e0 constitu\u00e9. S\u2019ajoutant \u00e0 cela les cons\u00e9quences de la crise sanitaire de 2020 : le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail a engendr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 communiquer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Pour cela on a organis\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e d\u2019animation, en pr\u00e9sentiel, dans un cadre magique. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0b4580;\">Quel \u00e9tait le cadre de cette derni\u00e8re intervention ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0 On avait \u00e0 disposition un super amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre au centre de Toulouse avec tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ! \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<h2><span><span style=\"color: #0b4580;\">Quelles sont, d\u2019apr\u00e8s vous, les raisons du succ\u00e8s du coaching aupr\u00e8s de la CPAM ?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_11  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>\u00ab L\u2019une des raisons, je pense, c\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019on avait r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 comprendre les forces de chacun, notamment \u00e0 travers les feedbacks individuels de 30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Ajoutant \u00e0 cela, les \u00e9changes en collectif ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre, et \u00e0 accepter, que certaines personnes avaient des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 communiquer ou \u00e0 s\u2019adapter rapidement aux changements. La m\u00e9thode Executive Profiler facilite aussi la clarification par la direction des objectifs qu\u2019elle se donne pour progresser avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Et enfin, l\u2019acceptation des forces et faiblesses de chacun a permis d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 un consensus de\u00a0 travail qui tienne compte des besoins d\u2019adaptation individuel. Chaque personne trouve du sens \u00e0 son travail en fonction de sa zone de Talent.
