La derni\u00e8re version des CGU est disponible sur le Site.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Art. 3 : Contenu du Site<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le Site est un blog compos\u00e9 d\u2019articles (textes, images, vid\u00e9os), r\u00e9dig\u00e9s par nos R\u00e9dacteurs, ayant<br \/>pour but le partage de tout type de savoir (information sur les Formations fournies par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les<br \/>connaissances relatives \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode Intelligence Prismatique, l\u2019actualit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise), mais<br \/>\u00e9galement de t\u00e9moignages sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client relative aux Formations fournies par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Art. 4 : Acc\u00e8s au Site<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le Site est accessible en libre acc\u00e8s pour tout Utilisateur ayant accept\u00e9, de fa\u00e7on expresse et sans<br \/>\u00e9quivoque, les pr\u00e9sentes CGU.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Art. 5 : Conditions d\u2019utilisation du Site et responsabilit\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les conditions d\u2019utilisation du Site et la responsabilit\u00e9, soit de l\u2019Utilisateur, soit de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, soit du<br \/>R\u00e9dacteur, sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s ci-apr\u00e8s, et sont relatives aux droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle (5.1), aux<br \/>publications (5.2), aux liens hypertextes (5.3) et au fonctionnement du Site (5.4).<\/p>\n<p>En cas de mise en cause de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour un quelconque manquement de l\u2019Utilisateur, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se<br \/>r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019appeler l\u2019Utilisateur en garantie.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">5.1 Droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les marques Executive Profiler et Intelligence Prismatique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019INPI.<\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est titulaire des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle sur l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e9ments composants<br \/>le Site (les marques, photographies, textes, commentaires, illustrations, images anim\u00e9es ou non,<br \/>s\u00e9quences vid\u00e9o, sons, toutes les applications informatiques qui pourraient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour faire<br \/>fonctionner le Site, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Toute reproduction ou repr\u00e9sentation, en tout ou partie, sur un quelconque support, est interdite<br \/>sans l\u2019autorisation expresse et pr\u00e9alable de l\u2019Editeur, et constituerait une contrefa\u00e7on, pouvant<br \/>engager la responsabilit\u00e9 civile et p\u00e9nale du contrefacteur, au sens des articles L335-2 et suivants du<br \/>Code de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">5.2 Publications<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tout contenu litigieux, portant atteinte aux droits des tiers, \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public et aux bonnes m\u0153urs, est<br \/>prohib\u00e9. Tel est le cas notamment pour tout propos \u00e0 caract\u00e8re injurieux ou diffamatoire, faisant<br \/>l\u2019apologie des crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, incitant \u00e0 la commission d\u2019actes de terrorisme ou faisant<br \/>leur apologie, incitant \u00e0 la haine raciale, \u00e0 la haine \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des personnes \u00e0 raison de leur sexe, de<br \/>leur orientation ou identit\u00e9 sexuelle ou de leur handicap, incitant \u00e0 la violence et notamment aux<br \/>violences faites aux femmes, atteignant la dignit\u00e9 humaine, ainsi que de la pornographie enfantine<br \/>ou tout contenu autrement r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensible.<\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et ses R\u00e9dacteurs sont responsables du contenu des articles qu\u2019ils r\u00e9digent et publient sur<br \/>le Site. Les informations diffus\u00e9es sur le Site sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 titre purement informatif et sont sans<br \/>valeur contractuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les Utilisateurs sont, quant \u00e0 eux, responsables du contenu qu\u2019ils diffusent, notamment leurs<br \/>commentaires et\/ou t\u00e9moignages.<\/p>\n<p>Le Site dispose d\u2019un droit d\u2019exercer une mod\u00e9ration a priori sur les publications et peut refuser leur<br \/>mise en ligne sans avoir \u00e0 fournir de justification.<\/p>\n<p>Toute publication sur le Site, par un R\u00e9dacteur ou un Utilisateur, implique la cession du droit non<br \/>exclusif et gratuit \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de repr\u00e9senter, reproduire, modifier, adapter, distribuer et diffuser la<br \/>publication n\u2019importe o\u00f9 et sur n\u2019importe quel support pour la dur\u00e9e de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<br \/>Cela peut se faire directement ou par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un tiers autoris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019engage \u00e0 mentionner le nom du R\u00e9dacteur ou de l\u2019Utilisateur \u00e0 l\u2019origine du contenu<br \/>publi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La suppression ou la modification du contenu du R\u00e9dacteur ou de l\u2019Utilisateur peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0<br \/>tout moment, pour n\u2019importe quelle raison et sans pr\u00e9avis.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Utilisateur peut signaler tout contenu qui apparaitrait illicite \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante :<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligenceprismatique.net\/contact\/\">formulaire de<\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligenceprismatique.net\/contact\/\">contact<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">5.3 Liens hypertextes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le Site peut contenir des liens hypertextes.
