Cette formation s\u2019attache \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension du r\u00f4le du comportement dans le management. Elle d\u00e9marre sur la connaissance de soi pour se poursuivre par la connaissance des autres, int\u00e9grant ainsi l\u2019individuel au collectif. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le s\u00e9minaire se d\u00e9roule sur environ un mois, alternant e.learning, conf\u00e9rence, atelier et feedback individuel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>ORGANISATION DU S\u00c9MINAIRE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formation se d\u00e9roule comme suit :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9couverte du type psychologique hors pression et sous pression<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u00e9couvriront les 4 dimensions du type psychologique, leur Talent, leurs p\u00f4les associ\u00e9s et leur impact sur l\u2019individu en interaction avec son environnement (\u00e0 travers des exercices en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, en sous-groupe ou en bin\u00f4me).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la suite de cette d\u00e9couverte, chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire s\u2019auto-positionne sur la typologie de personnalit\u00e9 sur laquelle s\u2019appuie Executive Profiler<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en choisissant le Talent qui lui correspond le mieux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque participant se verra remettre en main propre les r\u00e9sultats du questionnaire, de mani\u00e8re confidentielle et finalisera le choix de son Talent de mani\u00e8re individuelle.
